Rock, thatch and twisted sticks have been artfully thrown together on a precipice above a waterhole with a rather startling effect. Leopard Hills Private Game Reserve has just one lodge and it is an accomplishment of style and sophistication.
The eight suites have floor to ceiling glass, rough stone walls and cool thatch roofing. Sundecks surround plunge pools and the view is of the natural waterhole below.

Whether you eat in the silver service dining room or the al fresco boma, the food is excellent and the wine sensational. The library, wellness centre and gym will plug the gaps between game drives and meal times.
Activities with your personal ranger include morning and evening game drives, walking safaris and photographic expeditions. The rangers and trackers are all in radio contact with each other making sightings more frequent and the natural waterhole at camp is a common meeting place for many African creatures.
