The best time to visit Victoria Falls River Lodge depends on what you want from the experience. Generally, the best time to visit Victoria Falls is during the high water season from January to May, when the Zambezi River is at its fullest. However, it really is a year-round destination.

Summer, between October to April, can get quite hot. However, there are plenty of ways to cool down in this water playground! During winter, from May to September, you can expect dry, sunny days with cold evenings. During this time, safari activities are also exceptional as the bush is sparse, offering easy visibility. Water sources are minimal, animals crowding together for a sip and splash.
